To provide a professional & safe environment for our players to develop and thrive as soccer players and leaders. Our proven training & coaching methodology will provide the ultimate individual and team soccer experience.
BALA FC PHILOSOPHY
We believe every player deserves professional coaching. Bala FC is built on a player-first philosophy, emphasizing development over results while maintaining a highly competitive environment. Player development happens at different time periods and it is not the same for every player. Every player will have the same access & focus from our coaches. The chances of players developing within our program is extremely high when they give us 100% effort, every drill, every session, every time.
We don't teach effort or positive attitude. We expect it.
BALA FC TRAINING METHODOLOGY
A curriculum that embodies the 5 elements of development by qualified coaches that emphasizes individual skills development followed by decision making. We will be tough on our players and challenge our players to help them get to their next level as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our methodology will always have our mission and standards at the forefront of every drill, every session, every time. Each session will be broken down by, quick expectation talk, warm up and stretches, technical development focus, functional drills that carry the technical focus of the session, followed by small sided games (3v3, 1v1 and variation of uneven team numbers to focus on establishing success). We will train like we are playing a match. Our practice is our studying, our match is our test.

Bala FC was proudly established in Arizona in 2025, building on the success of Olympic Soccer Academy in Chicago, that thrived since 2011. While our name has evolved, our crest and core philosophy remain the same as we bring our passion, our track record and expertise to Arizona. Our goal continues to be to serve our community youth by providing more then just a proven player development training methodology. We want to facilitate and bridge more younger players from rec soccer to club soccer in Surprise and surrounding communities with our S3 Development Camps we will host throughout the year. For our club teams, we will not accept kids for the sake of accepting them to form teams. Our mission is to help every player develop their level of play in a positive atmosphere in the right program where our athletes can give us and themselves 100%. This is where true growth happens.
